Not for the exploitation and abuse of those who cannot protect themselves. it is up the the politicians, legislators, Internet companies to parent these children who cannot help themselves. For it is the laws, infrastructure, and technology that allows it to happen. It is those who are in charge of those issues that need to help make it stop.
